Colheita 1990 from Dalva has been barrel-aged since the harvest and is only bottled immediately before it is sent to the market. Dalva Colheita 1990 has therefore been barrel-aged for almost 20 years. The many years in barrel have rounded out the wine, which now appears in perfect balance between power and elegance. The taste offers nuances of dark dried fruit, plums and hazelnuts. At the same time, it is not older than the sweetness is kept nicely in check by a good bite. Barrel-aged port that is sublimely rounded and yet still has plenty of character and vitality to handle even heavier desserts or strong cheeses.
About the Port Wine Cellar
The Port Wine Cellar is a combined port wine bar where you can buy and enjoy a glass of port wine. We are also a retail store and webshop selling port wine.
The Port Wine Cellar has fixed opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The cellar has room for 26 seated guests (+ 4 outdoor seating). Here, in addition to enjoying a glass of port wine, you can also enjoy a port wine drink or order a tapas platter.
