Vista Alegre Late Bottled Vintage 2017
Vista Alegre LBV 2017 er en intens og elegant portvin skabt af håndhøstede druer fra gamle vinstokke i Cima Corgo. Vinen gennemgår traditionel fodtrædning i stentanke og lagres op til seks år på store træfade, før den tappes ufiltreret for at bevare maksimal karakter og dybde.
I glasset fremstår den dybt purpurrød med et rigt og koncentreret udtryk af brombærkonfit, bagte blommer, nellike og mørk chokolade. Smagen er fyldig og kraftfuld, domineret af mørke bær, rosiner og et strejf af sandeltræ, understøttet af fint afrundede tanniner og harmonisk syre. Afslutningen er lang og intens.
Server den til chokoladedesserter, lagrede gede- og fåreoste eller nyd den for sig selv. God at drikke nu, men kan også lagres i op til 20 år.
About the Port Wine Cellar
The Port Wine Cellar is a combined port wine bar where you can buy and enjoy a glass of port wine. We are also a retail store and webshop selling port wine.
The Port Wine Cellar has fixed opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The cellar has room for 26 seated guests (+ 4 outdoor seating). Here, in addition to enjoying a glass of port wine, you can also enjoy a port wine drink or order a tapas platter.
