This pear vinegar is produced from the Portuguese pear variety, "Pera Rocha". The vinegar has good acidity with a nice sweetness that helps to highlight notes of pear and a light aftertaste of lemon.
It is perfect for salads with vegetables , fruit desserts with nuts, aromatic meat or fish dishes.

About the Port Wine Cellar
The Port Wine Cellar is a combined port wine bar where you can buy and enjoy a glass of port wine. We are also a retail store and webshop selling port wine.
The Port Wine Cellar has fixed opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The cellar has room for 26 seated guests (+ 4 outdoor seating). Here, in addition to enjoying a glass of port wine, you can also enjoy a port wine drink or order a tapas platter.
