José Fortunato Júnior var en vinmager med en passion for hvide portvine. Han erhvervede Quinta da Devesa i 1941 på grund af dens privilegerede beliggenhed med en mangfoldighed af soleksponeringer, højder og fremherskende vinde, hvilket muliggjorde produktionen af unikke hvide portvine. Denne eksklusive limited edition stammer fra et særligt udvalg af fade, som var reserveret eksklusivt til familien, unikke skatte fra Antónia og José Fortunato Júniors arv. Quinta da Devesa fortsætter i dag med at være en uafhængig familieproducent af portvin og er beæret over at dele denne særlige og unikke vin med portvinselskere verden over.

About the Port Wine Cellar
The Port Wine Cellar is a combined port wine bar where you can buy and enjoy a glass of port wine. We are also a retail store and webshop selling port wine.
The Port Wine Cellar has fixed opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The cellar has room for 26 seated guests (+ 4 outdoor seating). Here, in addition to enjoying a glass of port wine, you can also enjoy a port wine drink or order a tapas platter.
