The aroma is dominated by almonds, light apricots, peach and orange peel. Already in the aroma you can sense that it is bold and full-bodied.
Fruity acidity balances the sugar to perfection. It has a surprisingly large proportion of dark notes and a fullness that makes the wine linger long after you have finished drinking it. The – for white port – classic base of honey is present, along with burnt caramel and completely without the bitterness that often characterizes white ports.
About the Port Wine Cellar
The Port Wine Cellar is a combined port wine bar where you can buy and enjoy a glass of port wine. We are also a retail store and webshop selling port wine.
The Port Wine Cellar has fixed opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The cellar has room for 26 seated guests (+ 4 outdoor seating). Here, in addition to enjoying a glass of port wine, you can also enjoy a port wine drink or order a tapas platter.
