Dalvas LBV (late bottled vintage) has been in the barrel for between 4 and 6 years and is at once powerful, but also extremely elegant with lots of sweetness and fat. Loads of blackberries, blackcurrants and cherries, chocolate, figs, spices and an excellent fruit acidity. A great example of a very successful LBV, which could easily be mistaken for Vintage Port in a blind tasting. Unprecedentedly a lot of port for the money!
About the Port Wine Cellar
The Port Wine Cellar is a combined port wine bar where you can buy and enjoy a glass of port wine. We are also a retail store and webshop selling port wine.
The Port Wine Cellar has fixed opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The cellar has room for 26 seated guests (+ 4 outdoor seating). Here, in addition to enjoying a glass of port wine, you can also enjoy a port wine drink or order a tapas platter.
