Here Dow's shows itself from its best side. The aroma of the wine is very fruity, inviting and harmonious. Immediately one thinks of blackcurrant and chocolate. The taste is delicious with lots of fruit, and the characteristic licorice with a nice aftertaste. Can be drunk with pleasure now and for the next 20 years.
This port is unfiltered and will form sediment over time. It is best to decant it and then enjoy it in large glasses, preferably slightly chilled at 12-15 degrees.
About the Port Wine Cellar
The Port Wine Cellar is a combined port wine bar where you can buy and enjoy a glass of port wine. We are also a retail store and webshop selling port wine.
The Port Wine Cellar has fixed opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The cellar has room for 26 seated guests (+ 4 outdoor seating). Here, in addition to enjoying a glass of port wine, you can also enjoy a port wine drink or order a tapas platter.
