This velvety Single Quinta Vintage Port is produced exclusively by Quinta do Panascal. Which is an expression of the estate's terroir (it comes from the word terre, which means earth. A French term in the production of wine, among other things, that describes special characteristics). It is made in the years when "softer" wines are produced, which do not need to be barrel-aged for a long time before they taste fantastic. Panascal is located on the steep right bank of the Távora River and is one of the most recognized vineyards in the Douro Valley. In the words of the local proverb: 'From Roncão and Panascal come the finest wines of Portugal'
About the Port Wine Cellar
The Port Wine Cellar is a combined port wine bar where you can buy and enjoy a glass of port wine. We are also a retail store and webshop selling port wine.
The Port Wine Cellar has fixed opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The cellar has room for 26 seated guests (+ 4 outdoor seating). Here, in addition to enjoying a glass of port wine, you can also enjoy a port wine drink or order a tapas platter.
