This Quinta dos Malvedos is a fantastic vintage port from 2015. It is made from Touriga Francesca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca grapes. It is a “Single Quinta”, exclusively from the fields of Malvedos.
It has been aged in barrels for 24 months, which has contributed to its round and soft character.
The color is dark red, and in the nose you get dark fruits and berries such as blackcurrants and prunes. In the mouth very rich, full-bodied and voluminous. The berries and dark fruits are repeated, and it is experienced as very elegant and fresh. Extremely long aftertaste, which in addition to berries and fruits contains a hint of chocolate and acidity. Eminent vintage port!
About the Port Wine Cellar
The Port Wine Cellar is a combined port wine bar where you can buy and enjoy a glass of port wine. We are also a retail store and webshop selling port wine.
The Port Wine Cellar has fixed opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The cellar has room for 26 seated guests (+ 4 outdoor seating). Here, in addition to enjoying a glass of port wine, you can also enjoy a port wine drink or order a tapas platter.
