Balance, harmony, finesse and elegance characterize our great Vintage Ports, which are only declared when we are certain that the year has produced a blend, however small, that is worthy of bearing the name Quinta do Noval Vintage Port.
Noval follows its own path in its approach to Vintage Port. If we believe we have wines of quality and personality to join the ranks of Quinta do Noval Vintage Ports from previous years, we bottle it and declare it, even if it means declaring several years in a row, and even if it means, as is often the case, bottling only a few hundred cases of Quinta do Noval Vintage Port, representing a small percentage of the total production of the Quinta.
About the Port Wine Cellar
The Port Wine Cellar is a combined port wine bar where you can buy and enjoy a glass of port wine. We are also a retail store and webshop selling port wine.
The Port Wine Cellar has fixed opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The cellar has room for 26 seated guests (+ 4 outdoor seating). Here, in addition to enjoying a glass of port wine, you can also enjoy a port wine drink or order a tapas platter.
