Smith Woodhouse Vintage Port 2000 Release Notes (from Symington) The 2000 wines show great power; the colour is overwhelming and the tannins are powerful. The wine itself shows complex layers of ripe fruit which bode well for the future. It is clear that 2000 was one of the smallest vintages for many years, but the concentration of wine is exceptional, fitting to mark the year.
About the Port Wine Cellar
The Port Wine Cellar is a combined port wine bar where you can buy and enjoy a glass of port wine. We are also a retail store and webshop selling port wine.
The Port Wine Cellar has fixed opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The cellar has room for 26 seated guests (+ 4 outdoor seating). Here, in addition to enjoying a glass of port wine, you can also enjoy a port wine drink or order a tapas platter.
