Denne yderst sjældne vintage portvin findes i stærkt begrænsede mænger (blot 1.000 nummererede flasker). Private Cellar Release portvine er lagret i 40+ år og præsentere altid nogle af de absolut bedste årgange fra Douro-dalen.
Vintage 1985 fremstår i dag med en silkeblød struktur, florale nuancer, udviklede bærtoner og et strejf af ingefær og krydderi. Et sandt mesterstykke fra det historiske portvinshus Warres.
Den nummerede flaske er omproppet med omhu og præsenteres i dag i en elegant sort trææske – klar til at blive åbnet nu eller gemt til en særlig dag.
Server den til blåskimmelost, chokolade-baseret desserter, mørk chokolade eller for sig selv. Portvinen befinder sig i et smukt drikkevindue nu, men kan sagtens klare endnu et par årtier i kælderen.
About the Port Wine Cellar
The Port Wine Cellar is a combined port wine bar where you can buy and enjoy a glass of port wine. We are also a retail store and webshop selling port wine.
The Port Wine Cellar has fixed opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The cellar has room for 26 seated guests (+ 4 outdoor seating). Here, in addition to enjoying a glass of port wine, you can also enjoy a port wine drink or order a tapas platter.
